PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
AlterPower specializes in the development of photovoltaic projects in large areas, offering expertise in both grid-connected and off-grid systems.
Additionally, we have identified high-potential projects in countries including Spain, Italy, Eastern Europe, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Vietnam, and South Africa.
Our extensive pipeline currently exceeds 2 GW of projects in various phases, ranging from early Greenfield status to the final COD stage, with a big portfolio in RTB (Ready To Build) projects.
Our autonomous solutions use advanced standing alone and hybrid systems that combine battery storage (BESS) and grid power to optimize yield and cost, ensuring 24-hour coverage and uninterrupted power supply for our customers.
MAINTENANCE
At AlterPower, we deliver customized maintenance services tailored to specific client needs throughout the warranty period. This includes field inspections, predictive and preventive care, and rapid resolution services.
If necessary, we handle the swift removal, substitution, and installation of new components to ensure PV plants operate efficiently and supply the grid throughout their 25-year project life.

Investment Fund
AlterPower partners with elite funds to vet solar PV projects. The fund acquires licenses, land rights, and permits while financing the entire construction process.
Operator / Tenant
Chosen by AlterPower, the operator manages the Solar Park under a mandatory 15-20 year lease, targeting approximately a 7% annual yield.
AlterPower AG.
Our team identifies and develops projects according to operator specs or joint goals, with all development phases fully funded by the Investment Fund.
Financial Investment Product
BUILD TO SUIT solution
A Build to Suit Solution is a property leasing model where the developer constructs projects based on tenant needs. The fund covers construction, and the tenant leases the completed Solar Park.

FINANCING
AlterPower provides comprehensive financing through both debt and equity to meet the specific requirements of our partners. We operate with the backing of private financial funds and maintain strong relationships with local financial institutions across more than 20 countries.
Bridge Financing: Covering 6 to 10 months for projects with capacity under 100 MW.
Equity Participation: For 10 to 1000 MW projects with an existing or potential PPA.
Debt Financing: Support for projects through local and international banks.
